Member Meetings

Prepare Board packets including agenda and mail prior to meetings; make logistical arrangements; record minutes of meeting and distribute; maintain minutes files.

IRS 990; monitor status; communicate with IRS and legal; work with members to ensure accuracy.

Establishes educational programs, maintains calendar of seminars; establishes certification benchmarks.
Standards Development and Accreditation
Interface with ANSI, committee, consultant, and legal; develop and update standards; maintain integrity of canvass process; submit appropriate ANSI forms and fees; track and respond to ballots; develop accreditation workbook, present accreditation information at meetings; oversee accreditation process.
